Vecta Labs adds ISO45001 to our list of certifications and accreditations

Vecta Labs adds ISO45001 to our list of certifications and accreditations.

We are pleased to announce we have been certified to the ISO45001 OHS standard by Global Mark.

The ISO45001 is the world’s international standard for occupational health and safety issued to protect employees and visitors from work-related accidents and diseases.

Speaking to the achievement of the certification, Vecta Labs General Manager, Darren Webster said, “We work in a complex and unique environment at Vecta Labs, however, despite the complexities of what we do, our team is committed to maintaining a globally recognised and industry leading standard when it comes to OH&S and looking after our team.

“Achieving this result and certification has been no mean feat and is something we as a team are extremely proud to have achieved,” Darren said.

Along with the ISO45001 certification, Vecta Labs holds several certifications and accreditations including:

  • ISO 14001, which is the international standard for environmental management systems (EMS).
  • ISO 9001, which is defined as the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS), which we achieved by demonstrating our continued ability and capabilities to provide products and services that meet and surpass our customer and regulatory needs.
  • Our world first ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation for Passive RF and Microwave Devices; intermodulation level measurement (PIM*); Return Loss (uniformity of impedance) and Insertion Loss and Isolation (A2LA accredited, cert # 5367).

“By achieving this additional certification and maintaining all of our previous certifications and accreditation, we are proud to be working to ensure we have world class facilities, and champion safety, success and innovation across the telecommunications and testing industries,” said Darren.

To help demonstrate our commitment to excellence and to ensure we continue to meet the international standards for safety, efficacy, and quality of service and product offerings, in 2023, we introduced Vecta Sure.

Vecta Sure provides our customers with certainty that measurements are correct and within measurement uncertainties, using equipment calibrated to recognised international metrological standards.
