As part of our continuing ‘Meet the Team’ series, today we’d love to introduce you to Vecta Labs Senior Test Engineer, Stephen Zeng who has worked with Vecta Labs for seven years. See our Q&A with Stephen here:
Q1. What do you enjoy most about working with Vecta Labs?
There is a good working environment with good people. We are a close knit team, so we help each other, collaborate and we are open minded in that we aren’t restricted with doing things one way. We’ve continued to see the team grow, but I still get to learn a lot working with the senior leaders in the business.
Q2. Can you describe what a typical day at work is like for you?
My main responsibilities are to perform testing and qualification testing. I am involved in solving lots of problems. We get test results, developing software over time – it is really gradual, but generally there are many different tasks and team members, so there is no such thing as a really typical day.
Q3. Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing?
I enjoy hiking and getting outside, doing outdoor activities, enjoying the view. I like to exercise when I can, and I enjoy getting a beer with the boys. I also like fishing.
